Yep, sometimes I dabble in video production, a hobby which
dates back to college. Mostly I've dealt with satire, because
hey, it's easier to hide your mistakes. Here are some of
the results, now posted at YouTube.
WICKED
DEAD
A series of promotional videos for the Wicked
Dead YA horror novels created by myself, co-author Thomas
Pendleton and the folks at Harper Collins. Check out what
may be a real ghost caught during the shooting!
THOSE WACKY UFOS
A live action 'mockumentary' in the tradition
of SNL, Monty Python and beyond, a charismatic narrator,
while assasinating those he believes to be aliens, explores
the history of the UFO phenomena in a series of interlocking,
hysterically funny sketches. In Three Parts.
THE X-WIVES
After my tenure as author of The
X-Files comic ended, I excorcised my remaining demons
by writing and directing this loving yet scatching look at
the series. Originally part of Really
Strange Stories of the Totally Unknown, here presented
in five parts.
UNRESOLVED MYSTERIES
Another few bits of fun from Really
Strange Stories. I loved working with Chris Marzac as
Rubber Sack so much, I wound up using him the following year
in Wacky UFOs. Here in two parts.
